Numeracy

Developing numerate students who are confident and foster a love for Mathematics is a high priority at St Mary’s School. Each of our class teachers are highly trained in integrating the WA Numeracy Curriculum and assessing against the SCASA judging standards, which can both be found at the link below.

• WA Curriculum Mathematics

Each classroom teacher will instruct the students, in line with the relevant curriculum material. A typical Mathematics class in our school will have a focus on either Number and Algebra, Measurement and Geometry or Statistics and Probability.
